Receiving Money From The Treasure Chest Of Heaven!
(Personal Testimony)

19 And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
Phil 4:19 (NIV)

I must give praise to God for what He has done for me! We live in a season in the natural realm where things look
difficult.

But the good news of God's Word is that God has no problem bypassing this world's supply line. We see this in
Jesus feeding the five thousand with 5 loaves and 2 fish. We also see this in God supplying manna from heaven to
the people of Israel for 40 years. There are many examples in Scripture of God giving supernatural supply in time of
need.

Earlier this week (02-13-09), I had a vision during my soaking prayer time of a treasure chest sitting next to the
pulpit (in the spirit) God had put in my heart a couple of days earlier Rev. 2:17 -

(2:17) "Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the Spirit and understand what the Spirit is saying to the
churches. Everyone who is victorious will eat of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven..."

Now, I believe that this hidden manna is meant to be a source of God's provision for us that actually bypasses the
natural provision of this world.

When I saw that treasure chest, it was open and overflowing with gold coins and jewelry. It looked like one of those
treasure chests that you see in cartoons - dark brown wood, with a curved top and brass decor. I instantly knew in
my spirit that this was the treasure chest of heaven - the "riches in glory."

At first I wasn't sure what to do. Visions have become a somewhat regular occurrence for me because they are
normal Biblically. I believe that any vision needs to line up with the Word of God and this one does.

The things that are seen are temporary, Paul declares. The things that are unseen are eternal. The way that we
receive from the unseen realm, the heavenly realm, is to act in faith.

For Heb. 11:1 declares that faith is the SUBSTANCE of things hoped for, the evidence of things NOT SEEN.

So, I began to do what any Bible believing Christian should do. I began to dig into that treasure chest in the spirit
and put the gold coins and jewelry into my pockets! I believed that I needed to pull out of the supernatural realm
heaven's provision so that it would manifest in the natural realm! The outside observer would see me simply waving
my hands in the air and putting things into my pockets, but in the spirit I was digging into the treasure chest of
heaven and acquiring my supply.

Debi and I have been tithers for years. We went way beyond giving 10% to God's work years ago. That, I believe, is
the key through which provision is unlocked.
For Jesus said in Luke 6:38 that when we give it will come back to us - pressed down, shaken together, to make
room for more!

So, I left my soaking time and went on with the activities of my day. We own some rental property that has been
giving us some challenges. Two residents are unemployed and one apartment was empty. I have done my best to
show compassion, but the financial realities were that I needed to give one person their 30 day notice. We were
running into real financial trouble with the place.  The other tenant's unemployment has kicked in, and they are
slowly catching up. Long story short, I needed to rent out two apartments.

So, I was heading up to the apartments on the day that I received this vision and put the treasures of heaven into
my pockets. I was heading up there for an appointment, but as I was going up there I began receiving even more
calls from people interested in renting those apartments. When I arrived, the gentleman I had the appointment with
wanted to rent the apartment and was ready that day to give me his rent and deposit.

In this type of business, you need to have a balance between judging someone's character and understanding
when you need to act. From past experience I could tell that this was a good lead and that I needed to act. I rented
out that apartment and received $440 in cash. But I had two others who were very interested in renting these
apartments! I told them about the one being rented out, but they wanted to see the other one that was going to be
vacated in a couple of weeks. The young lady that saw it wanted that one too, and she not only wanted to give me
the rent and the deposit, she also offered to help pay for the paint and the carpet!

I have to say in all my years of being a landlord, I have never had anyone offer to pay me for paint and carpet!
The third person was also very interested in renting. I've learned over the years that an apartment is not rented until
you have the cash in your hand. So, I told this young lady that one apartment was rented and that the second one
was likely rented but she was welcome to come and see. Well, the last two young ladies showed up at the same
time. The second young lady had $590 dollars in cash to pay rent, deposit, and help with the paint and the carpet!

My unemployed tenant gave me a check for $130. So, I left the apartments that day WITH MY WALLET LITERALLY
PACKED FULL OF CASH AND CHECKS. $1,160!!! I quickly called the bank and made an immediate payment!

I share this testimony to stir up your faith in these challenging times we live in. Even though we live in a season
where everything that can be shaken will be shaken, the God of the Bible is still the supplier of our needs according
to his riches in glory! He has a stash of hidden manna for those who are overcomers and continue to act in faith.

I shared this testimony during our offering time at New Song on Sunday and we had a celebration of giving and
people digging into that heavenly treasure chest - stuffing their pockets with what they needed according to God's
glorious riches. I am expecting to hear even more testimonies from this vision that God has given me!

I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DIG INTO THOSE TREASURE CHESTS OF HEAVEN AND PULL DOWN THE GOLD COINS
AND JEWELRY THAT YOU NEED! GOD DID IT FOR ME, HE CAN DO IT FOR YOU! The results manifested in the
natural for me that very day. God will give you the wisdom about what to do in the natural as he did for me. We are
called to be good stewards of what we have been given. But we must remember that it is God who gives us the
ability to prosper. God brings the supply. God may use people, but He is the supplier of our needs according to his
glorious riches in glory! Keep on trusting in HIM! HE WILL GUIDE YOU TO THE SUPPLY!

THERE'S MORE! $31,600 CAME INTO THE TREASURE CHEST -
UPDATE APRIL 17, 2009!

The testimony that I experienced from the vision of the treasure chest was awesome, but I didn't realize how much it
was going to continue! A few weeks ago, I received a call from a local Detroit pastor. He told me that when He was
praying that morning, the Father had told him to call me and offer up to $20,000 for our new building project.

Obviously, I was very excited. We put together a list of needed items, primarily carpet and chairs, which added up to
nearly $20,000. I then spoke to a member of our congregation who unexpectedly received a promotion in an
industry that is currently downsizing. He received a big startup bonus that he tithed on and we received another
$13,000! Yea God! This all happened within a few weeks of this treasure chest vision that I had. I love how the Holy
Spirit speaks to our hearts to assure us of his care and his promises. That vision manifested in the natural within
just a few weeks! Praise you, God!
